**Returns and Exchanges**

At StrongHouse Project we pride ourselves on providing quality equipment & apparel at a quality price. If our products do not live up to your expectations, please feel free to return the item. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund to reflect in your account after we have received your item due to Credit Card Merchant delays.

Requirements for returns: Less than 30 days from order date, must include order number with returned item. If you do not include order number your refund will not be processed, no exceptions.

Requirements for exchanges: As stated above, all returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the order date. Exchanges will require 2 steps.

1. First, you must purchase additional shipping, which can be purchased here
2. Second, When purchasing exchange shipping you must include all of the following in the order notes.

• Original Order #

• Details of the exchange (Example: Exchanging Large for Medium)
